PLEASANT HILL ELEMENTARY STUDENT THREAT INVESTIGATED

(November 17, 2025) An investigation by Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office into threats made by a student at Pleasant Hill Elementary School has resulted in no charges being filed.

An 11-year-old reportedly made threats to shoot other students, and the School Resource Officer was notified.

Investigators conducted a search of the student’s home and found all weapons secure and the juvenile having no access to them. Due to the student’s age, the matter will be resolved by Georgetown County School District’s discipline policy.
