TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO ARREST, DRUGS SEIZED

An 18-year-old Georgetown man was arrested after a routine traffic stop uncovered drugs, a gun, and distribution equipment in his vehicle. Justin Michael Sessions was placed on a warrant hold for Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I-III and Possession of MDMA. At 3 am this morning, a deputy noticed a car with illegal window tinting driving in an evasive manner near Highmarket and Reservoir Street. When the vehicle was pulled over, the deputy noticed the smell of marijuana and a blunt in the car ashtray. A pat down of the driver revealed a Glock handgun concealed in his underwear and a search of the vehicle found a half pound of suspected marijuana, a small amount of suspected ecstasy, packaging materials, and a scale.
