Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office will be holding inaugural Polar Plunge on Saturday, Feb. 6th 2021.

Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office employees will brave the frigid waters to raise some cold hard cash for the Special Olympics held later in the Spring. The public is encouraged to attend and join Sheriff Carter Weaver and other Sheriff’s Office Employees in a dive!

The Litchfield Inn has also generously allowed the use of their amenities during the fundraiser event!
Eager to dive in? Swimmers can visit Polar Plunge to learn about sponsorships, donations and to register for the event.

Want to help while staying warm and dry? You can! Sponsor a swimmer or simply make a donation at Polar Plunge Donation to aid a special athlete in achieving their goals!

Date: February 6th, 2021
